Terms and Conditions for referral scheme
Eligibility:
1.1. The Owen Else Headshots & Portraits Referral Scheme ("the Scheme") is open to all existing and new clients of Owen Else Headshots & Portraits ("the Company"). 1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participate in the Scheme.
Referral Process:
2.1. To participate in the Scheme, existing clients (hereinafter referred to as "Referrers") must refer three individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Referees") to book a headshot session with the Company. 2.2. Referees must use the Referrer's full name in the "Referred By" field of the booking form on the Company's website during the booking process. 2.3. The Referrer will only be eligible for the Scheme once all three Referees have successfully booked and completed their headshot sessions with the Company.
Deposit Requirement and Refunds:
3.1. Referrers are required to pay a session deposit upon booking a headshot session as part of the Scheme. 3.2. The deposit amount will be communicated to the participants during the booking process. 3.3. The session deposit for referrers will be fully refundable upon both referrer session completion, and completion of all three Referees' headshot sessions
Verification of Referral Eligibility:
4.1. The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and the compliance of both Referrers and Referees with the terms and conditions of the Scheme. 4.2. The Company may, at its discretion, disqualify any Referrer or Referee from the Scheme if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the creation of fake or duplicate accounts or referrals.
Promotional Period and Expiry:
5.1. The promotional period for the Scheme will be specified by the Company. 5.2. All referrals made outside the promotional period will not be eligible for participation in the Scheme.
Limitation on Free Headshots:
6.1. Each Referrer is entitled to receive only one set of free headshots per promotional period, regardless of the number of successful referrals made. 6.2. Referees obtained by multiple Referrers will count towards the first Referrer who provided their name in the "Referred By" field during the booking process.
General Terms:
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. 7.2. By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Company related to the Scheme or other services offered by the Company. 7.3. The decision of the Company regarding any aspect of the Scheme, including but not limited to eligibility, eligibility verification, and rewards, will be final and binding.
By participating in the Owen Else Headshots & Portraits Referral Scheme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
